Presented and carved at the table
Prime fillet steak, foraged mushroom, lardons, thyme,
smoked garlic, classic béarnaise sauce.
Prepared in a tableside performance
A classic French dessert of crêpes with beurre Suzette, sauce of caramelised sugar and butter,
fresh orange juice, zest, and finished with a Grand Marnier flambé.
Made at the table, finished with a Kahlua flambe
Freshly brewed Americano coffee, demerara sugar,
double cream, Kahlua liqueur

Matching wine flight available for each course at an additional £35 per person
