  • I have always wanted to eat at Ravenwood after my father praised its superb service and food. I finally had the chance to go and I must admit, it very much lived up to the hype. The service was on point and the staff were very friendly, kind people.

  • Went to Ravenwood Hall for a work's Christmas party. The location was perfect, just off the A14 but very peacefully. The building itself is beautiful. The food was amazing and the service excellent.

  • I have been coming to this beautiful hidden gem for the last 27 years and each year it gets better and better. Fine dining, simply THE best staff and stunning location. Cannot Recommend highly enough.

  • Splendid hotel in a quiet location outside Bury St Edmunds. Very warm welcome by the staff. WE had a very nice spacious room and a spacious and luxury bath room with shower and bath. The whole hotel is decorated in a stylish cosy country style.


  • Just spent one night here what a great find. The food was very tasty and served very efficiently. The room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. All the staff were great.

  • Fabulous setting for a wedding - the hotel itself is 'old world charm' but the pavilion is a lovely modern setting. The food was delicious, the staff were helpful and courteous at all times, the wedding team were incredible.

  • A little gem tucked away from it all. A beautiful old Manor house with original features. We stayed in the Mews and the room so was cute and cosy. The restaurant is amazing serving some of the best food we've has a in while. 


  • All the staff that we had any dealings with were fantastic and nothing was a problem. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. We stayed in the hotel for the evening meal which we all agreed was presented and tasted perfect. Will be returning in the future.


  • We had a great Sunday lunch with friends. Service was excellent and very friendly. We were not rushed we could stay as long as we wanted. There is a lounge bar where you can have a drink or coffee before or after food.


  • Blakenee and I had the BEST day ever. We feel very privileged to have been the first couple to of got married in your newly refurbished pavilion. It’s Beautiful. Can you pass on our regards and thanks to all your kitchen staff the whole meal was outstanding.
