Main Fare

28 day aged sirloin of beef, roast maris piper, honey parsnip, yorkshire pudding, pan jus.

Pan fried salmon fillet,buttered samphire,chive potato cake, dill beurre blanc.

Roast crown of poussin, pomme anna, fine beans wrapped in pancetta shiraz reduction.

Beer Battered Haddock, Hand cut chips, Tartar sauce, crushed peas, charred lemon.

Roasted leg of Suffolk lamb, baby carrots, roast maris piper, yorkshire pudding, minted gravy.

Ubergine Tagine moroccan giant couscous, cucumber & mint yogurt, onion bhaji.

Chocolate & cointreau fondant, stem ginger ice cream.

English custard tart, macerated mixed berry, melon gel.

Apple & pear crumble, allspice, creme anglaise.
